We are currently in a worldwide crisis. The reasons are both factual and speculative, however the end result is the same: Food and fertilizer shortages.
This device (fertilizer applicator, AKA spotdropfertilizerapplicator) was developed to apply granular fertilizer in the most efficient way possible. Not only was accuracy achieved, but also speed and consistency.
The intended target (user) was the home gardener and landscapist. However, after initial trials and use it became apparent that the device is scalable to all applications requiring the deposition of a granular fertilizer. To put it simply, the device can be incorporated in large industrial planters (Big Ag). With the development (and continuous improvement) of time release granular fertilizer, there is now the potential for large scale industrial farmers to "drop" fertilizer at the time of planting nourishing the crop for the entire growing season!
